From McKinsey to Monastary – Moses Mohan on slowing down to speed up, and unleashing human potential
Shownotes
Moses Mohan is a former McKinsey consultant who chose to leave the corporate game in order to live in a monastery and to become a ZEN-Monk. Today he is working as a Transformation Coach and Facilitator for Potential Project - a global research and leadership development firm that partners with organizations to uncover the power of the mind. Moses has an extensive experience in working with companies and their leaders to unleash their true human potential – leveraging awareness, compassion and wisdom - through a deep-journey into self-awareness and modern mindfulness practices. Especially his experience as a monk impacted his personal life and his career by giving him a new perspective and the corresponding tools for more focus, performance and inner balance and what it means to actually slow down to speed up.
In this episode of “Become CEO of Your Life”, Moses Mohan talks about the challenges and opportunities in corporate management, the search for personal fulfilment, authenticity and what it takes to live a successful and balanced life.
